Before you write — quick answers
- “The tool didn’t reach my target.” The result panel explains why and what to change — usually crop tighter or pick a larger target. If you believe it’s wrong, tell us the image dimensions and target and we’ll investigate.
- “Are my files really not uploaded?” Really. The processing is in-browser JavaScript; this is verifiable in your browser’s developer tools (Network tab — you’ll see no file leaving).
- “Can you add a tool for X?” Probably — that’s exactly the kind of mail we want.
